“Geoffrey’s version is smart, witty, concise, heartfelt and incredibly honest to Dickens’ story. His Scrooge has a humanity I have been searching for, for a long time.”
-Stephen Hair, Theatre Calgary’s Scrooge 1993 - 2020

“Theatre Calgary has pulled out all the stops and spared no expense or talent to create its most spectacular A Christmas Carol in 33 years... None of these wonderful effects and frivolity would matter a wit if they didn’t have a strong script to hold it all together and that is what Geoffrey Simon Brown has provided in his adaptation of Charles Dickens’ beloved novella.”
